Preparing wires – cutting, stripping, crimping and tinning
Cable preparation is the first stage in the production of electrical harnesses. At Starpol, we carry it out using modern Komax, Schleuniger and Wirmec machines, which guarantee the highest precision of cutting, stripping and crimping, as well as reliable cable tinning.
Modern cable processing technologies
We use fully automated lines and equipment to prepare cables, which can handle a wide range of diameters and lengths.
Thanks to Komax Alpha (355 and 520), Gamma, Kappa, Wirmec AM 300 Quattro, Schleuniger PowerStrip 9550 and MultiStrip 9480 machines, we ensure full repeatability and compliance with customer documentation. In addition, we use Hitachi UX printers to mark cables, which guarantees full identification and eliminates errors in further stages of production.
Cutting, stripping and crimping wires
Automatic cutting, stripping and crimping of terminals on Komax, Wirmec and Schleuniger machines. Precision and repeatability in every series. Thanks to automation, we reduce lead times by up to 30%.
Tinning wires
Permanent protection of wires against corrosion and improved conductivity. Tin plating in baths and using the hot method. Guaranteed stable connections in automotive and electronics applications.

Check out our soldering and ultrasonic welding processes, which ensure durable and reliable connections. We meet the requirements of ISO 3834-2 and the automotive industry.
