Orders based on customer documentation – a 6-step cooperation process with STARPOL
We specialise in the production of custom-made electrical wiring harnesses and metal components. Our process is based on the customer’s technical documentation, and each stage ensures high quality, timeliness, and safety of cooperation.
Customer contact
We receive an inquiry with documentation (drawings, BOM, standards). We define the scope, volume, SLA, and quality requirements.
Documentation verification
We check the completeness of the data, propose production improvements and alternative components, if applicable.
Quotation and deadline
The quotation is based on production technology, cycle time, and quality control. We provide the delivery time and logistics conditions.
Production preparation
We create operation lists, tools, and assembly boards, and set machine parameters (cutting/crimping, welding, testing).
Production and quality control
Execution according to the plan and APQP/ISO 9001: in-process inspection, continuity/conductivity tests, 100% dimensional compliance.
Packing and delivery
Labelling, instructions, and quality documentation. Delivery according to agreed logistics windows or Kanban/JIT.
