Process precision and flexibility
Wire processing is the initial stage of electrical harness production. We ensure high repeatability, stable quality and flexible adjustment of parameters to project requirements – from prototypes to series production.
We carry out the process on automatic lines for single wires (Komax, Wirmec) and multi-core wires/ribbons (Schleuniger), with the possibility of integration with printing, winding and binding.

Processing of multi-core cables and tapes: cutting, stripping, preparing cores for further assembly stages.
Integration into the production line
We integrate the cut & strip process with peripheral devices: inkjet printers (black/white ink), Ramatech winders and Cyklop strapping machines. We equip the machines with unwinders and receiving chutes for full automation and efficiency.
Integration
In addition to cables and wires, we also cut heat-shrinkable insulation, conduits and smooth protective tubes.

Marking
On-the-fly printing: vein numbers, codes and symbols – black/white ink for high contrast.
Machining quality control
We verify lengths and tolerances, insulation quality, crimp strength and marking compliance. The line can operate with crimp force analysis and electrical testing of cables.
