The process is carried out on a workstation with a tensioning unit that protects the wires from excessive loads.
Beam stabilisation and preparation for assembly
Cable strand twisting is performed on a universal, programmable workstation. The device allows for the processing of cables with crimped ends and seals, while the integrated pneumatic tensioning unit reduces tensile forces, protecting the cables.
Thanks to repeatable twisting parameters, we achieve a consistent lay of the harness, facilitating its further assembly, taping and routing in the device.
