How We Work at STARPOL – From Wire to Finished Component
Starachowice. Every working day at STARPOL begins with the execution of specific production projects based on technical documentation provided by our customers. Wires, metal components and materials arrive at our facility to be used in assemblies for industries such as automotive, industrial manufacturing, home appliances and energy.
Electrical Wiring Harness Production
In the wiring harness production area, subsequent stages of the technological process are carried out, including wire cutting and stripping, terminal crimping and making electrical connections. Where required by the project, ultrasonic welding of wires is also applied.
Finished wiring harnesses are protected with braids, formed according to technical documentation and prepared either for further assembly or direct shipment to the customer.
Metal Processing and Component Manufacturing
At the same time, the metal processing department operates in parallel, performing processes such as laser cutting, bending, welding, as well as CNC turning and milling of steel components. The manufactured parts are used both as standalone elements and as components of larger assemblies.
In many cases, metal components are combined with electrical wiring harnesses to create complete subassemblies ready for use in the customers’ final products.
Quality Control at Every Stage
Each stage of production at STARPOL is covered by quality control procedures. Compliance with technical documentation, the quality of connections and the repeatability of series production are continuously verified.
Thanks to clearly defined quality processes, STARPOL is able to deliver both small production batches and large-volume orders while maintaining stable technical parameters.
Experience, Technology and Process Organization
The STARPOL facility in Starachowice combines the experience of its team, a modern machine park and clearly structured production processes. This approach ensures timely deliveries and consistent quality for our B2B customers.
