Komax Alpha 520 is a modern, fully automated wire processing machine that combines precision, speed and production flexibility.
The machine performs the entire process — cutting, stripping and crimping (crimp-to-crimp) — in a single work cycle. This makes it ideal for both mass production of electrical harnesses and mixed series (high-mix/low-volume) requiring frequent configuration changes.

What is Komax Alpha 520?

The machine handles wires with cross-sections from 0.13 mm² to 6 mm² (AWG 26–10), ensuring precise cutting, full or partial stripping, and crimping of terminals on both sides.
Thanks to its modular design, it can be equipped with additional process stations, e.g. seal insertion, crimp force monitoring or optical quality control.
