The production process of electrical harnesses
We provide comprehensive harness production services – from cutting and preparing wires, through
end processing and assembly, to injection moulding of protective elements.
Each stage is carried out at dedicated workstations with quality control.
From wire to finished harness
Our process combines machine precision with team experience.
In the first stage, we prepare the cables (cutting, stripping, marking), then we perform
end processing (crimping, soldering, ultrasonic welding, IDC connectors).
Next, we move on to assembly of harnesses (taping, braiding, marking) and, if required by the project,
we perform injection moulding of protective and mounting elements.
We work in accordance with the customer’s documentation and industry standards, ensuring repeatability and traceability at every stage.
