Clear markings speed up installation, facilitate servicing and eliminate mistakes.
We use direct printing on the cable and durable markers that are heat-shrinkable and protective,
in accordance with the customer’s documentation.
Legibility and compliance with documentation
Najprostszym oznaczeniem jest kolor izolacji. W praktyce często to za mało — dlatego wykorzystujemy druk atramentowy na izolacji oraz oznaczniki nasuwane: z rurek termokurczliwych lub gładkich rurek osłonowych.
The simplest marking is insulation colour. In practice, this is often insufficient, which is why we use inkjet printing on the insulation and slip-on markers: made of heat-shrinkable tubes or smooth protective tubes.
We prepare the markings in line with the cutting and stripping process (on-the-fly printing), which reduces the assembly time of subsequent stages and ensures repeatability of content.

Methods of determination
Continuous inkjet printing (CIJ)
Inkjet printing on cable insulation — black and white ink; option to print codes, numbers, and symbols.
Heat-shrinkable markers
Printed tubes applied to the cable; high resistance and legibility after shrinking.
Labels and covers
Samoprzylepne etykiety lub gładkie rurki osłonowe z nadrukiem — gdy wymagany jest większy format informacji.
Machinery and integration
We integrate Hitachi UX printers with cut & strip lines, thanks to which markings are applied on the fly – without additional retooling. We use black and white ink, depending on the colour of the cable insulation.

- Marking can be combined with rolling (Ramatech) and binding (Cyklop) to reduce the overall process time.
Quality control of markings
We verify the legibility and contrast of the print, the compliance of the content with the documentation, and the resistance to abrasion and temperature. We check the markers for correct positioning and length.
