Crimp Centre Machines
Integrated systems for cutting, stripping and crimping cables. In a single cycle, we perform material feeding, cutting to length, stripping, seal application and single- or double-sided crimping. In extended configurations, tinning
and on-the-fly marking are available.
Process automation in a single cycle
The Crimp Centre line combines several operations into one smooth process, ensuring constant control of cutting length, crimping force and connection quality. We eliminate manual errors and guarantee repeatability that is unattainable with manual processing.
We integrate the process with Hitachi UX-D/UX-P printers (on-the-fly marking), Ramatech coilers and seal feeding modules. Cable cross-section range: 0.08–6 mm².
