Specialised machines for stripping, wire stripping and preparing multi-core and flat cables for subsequent production stages. We work with Schleuniger and GMS equipment, integrating marking and material feeding/receiving into one smooth process.

Precise processing of multi-core cables and tapes

When preparing multi-core cables, we use machines that remove the outer sheath and then strip individual cores according to a set programme (various lengths, including window strip).

Schleuniger and GMS devices ensure high dimensional repeatability, intact core geometry and easy integration with Hitachi printers and feeding/receiving systems. This provides a solid foundation for subsequent crimping, soldering or welding.

Multi-core cable machines – our stations

For multi-core and ribbon cables, we primarily use Schleuniger (sheath removal and core stripping) and GMS (precise cutting and short sections). The devices work with Hitachi UX (printing) and unwinding/rewinding machines to maintain process fluidity.

Schleuniger – sheath and wire strips

Schleuniger machines perform outer sheath removal and wire stripping on multi-core and flat cables. Programmable parameters allow for various combinations of strips (including window strips), while maintaining the integrity of the insulation. The devices can work in line with Hitachi printers and assembly stations.

GMS – cutting and short sections

GMS devices support precise cutting and preparation of
short sections for further processing. They ensure stable dimensional repeatability and high productivity for projects with a large number of repetitive sections.

Komax Kappa – rapid preparation of sections

We use Kappa machines for precision cutting and stripping of single-core cables, particularly in prototyping and short series production. They complement the Alpha and Gamma lines.
